Overview
Jack focuses on complex commercial real estate financing transactions, assisting in the representation of both lenders and borrowers in the acquisition, disposition, development, joint ventures and financings of commercial real estate across the United States, including multifamily, healthcare facilities, hotels, office buildings and other commercial and mixed-use assets.
Jack’s work involves reviewing, negotiating and preparing transactional and diligence documents, as well as coordinating and facilitating closing and post-closing processes.
