Overview
Yomi Richardson is a real estate finance paralegal who supports attorneys in commercial real estate lending and finance transactions. He assists with all phases of transactions, including due diligence, closing coordination and post-closing administration.
His experience includes coordinating the review and organization of title, survey, zoning and UCC documentation and supporting the preparation and execution of loan documents. Yomi works closely with attorneys, lenders, borrowers’ counsel, title companies and other parties throughout the transaction process.
He also assists with the collection and distribution of closing and post-closing deliverables, maintains transaction records and documentation, and helps ensure matters are managed efficiently and effectively
